We have found that more than 99% of problems reported as "bad board", "fried board", "defective product", etc. are completely correctable without sending your product back! When products are adjustable, people will adjust them! It is not uncommon for someone to think they are setting the Debounce(tm), when it fact they are setting the dwell! These types of problems can be diagnosed and corrected without having to return the product.

Below is a form that must be filled out to receive technical support for your product. Providing this information will make the process of getting your product working faster than any other means! Once you have entered ALL of the information, please submit the form. This information goes directly to our technical support department, and we will email you with further instructions for correcting your problem, or issuing you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so that you can return the product to us for repair.

Please note that all of our products except consumable items (o-rings, etc.) carry a lifetime warranty against defects. Physical abuse is NOT covered under warranty. If you break your microswitch during installation, that is not covered under warranty. If your microswitch fails to work anytime after successfully installing it, that is covered under warranty. It is very common that people hurry during the installation of a product so that they can test it out. DON'T RUSH!

Once you have completed and submitted this form, out technical support staff will try to resolve the problem without returning the product.  If it is determined that the product must be returned, then you will be sent a RMA number along with a link to another form that MUST be filled out, printed, and returned with the product. In the event that your product must be returned for any reason, you will be responsible for shipping costs both to and from us. Shipping cost is $5.00 in addition to any repair cost that might be charged for non-warranty issues.  Fees for shipping and repairs must be pre-paid.  Information about how to return a product will be included in the email authorizing the return.
