Trigger programming functionality, LED messaging blinks/colors, and other function unique to the Equalizer technology are copyrights of Wicked Air Sportz.  LCD display data, LED blinking, trigger programming, and other unique functions fall under look and feel of the copyright laws.  If you are a manufacturer and use trigger programming, LED blinks, or any aspect that is same as our products, you are in violation of copyright laws... change your code or face legal action!

Product Warranty Information

All Wicked Air Sportz products (excluding consumable items) carry a lifetime warranty providing that the following conditions are met:

• The item is used in the environment that it was designed to be used in.

  • Usage shall be limited to the sport of Paintball.

     

• The item is not abused, misused, or improperly installed.

  • Deliberate abuse by excessive shock & vibration, or alteration is prohibited.
     
  • Deliberate misuse by altering settings beyond specified tolerences is prohibited.
     
  • Installation not in accordance with the installation manual is prohibited.
   
  • Physical damage caused by the customer.

     

• The item is not used in conjunction with non-approved devices.

  • Non-approved devices such as motors, speakers, buzzers, sensors, LEDs, and any other electrical device that can cause damage to the item is prohibited..

     

 All products returned must have a RMA number and pre-paid return shipping.  Please contact our technical support staff for more information.  Products returned without a RMA number will be refused! We do not accept markers, hoppers, or other full products shipped to us. We do not repair markers, hoppers, etc.
